Paranormal Investigating W/Frank’s Box

Is this box getting flack or just not given the kudos it deserves? What does it really do? And is it opening portals to the other side? Personally I don’t think it should be used due to its nature. A ouiji board lets nasties through, what will the Frank’s Box do?
